2year before, composition gst had been cancelled but now we want to have regular GST no. what is the process to get it?

Voluntary cancellation as the sale was around 25 lac
Now for dealing interstate gst is required
kindly suggest what is the process
should we apply for fresh gst registration or anything else?

Fresh registration is to be applied opting for regular at the time of registration itself.
