Registration of partnership firm
While registering a partnership firm if we donot own a property and the place of business is going to be a rental place then is it okay?
Is it still okay to get shop and establish licence without owning a property

in case of Rented property must you have rent aggrement with NOC for doing business on same premise.

I had one more question, can as a aprtnership firm register at home address of a partner and can a partnership with home address of a partner get an shop and establish licence.
its depend upon nature of business, otherwise you can registered as a home address after taking NOC for doing business from owner of the property.
