I've following questions on formation of Partnership:
1) How much time does it take to form a partnership firm with registration? Specifically in Gujarat?
2) What is the total cost of formation including registration?
3) Whether the registration facility is online or still it's manual?

I can tell you abt Punjab.
The total cost is Rs. 3 for registration of firm in punjab
the goverment has to give replay within 30 days in form of certificate or rejection. However, we mostly ger Certificate before 30 days
Its manual in state of punjab.
