a) It takes around 10-15 days to complete the Registration of a Company in Malaysia.

b) Cost is about minimum RM 4000/- depend and Vary as per Authorised Share Capital .

c) The particulars of Holders of Share or Directors at least two with place of Residence in Malaysia.

d) The address and Location of the Registered Company.

Hello, Mr Vinod,

1. Minimum Two(2) Directors required to Form a Pvt. Ltd. Company.

2. Minimum Nominal Capital RM 100000/-

3. Both the directors must have a place of residence in Malaysia.

4. Since you have to provide a Local Place and Address of Company, You must have it in  Malaysia.
