Registration of ICITSS

I'm trying to register for IT and Orientation in icai site but i didn't register bcz whenever i m going to register for that it says your student registration number is not valid also i check my students details in that it says your email id does not exist but i checked my registration number and email id its correct so plz some one suggest me what to do...
