After registration of company is it mandatory to deal in buying or selling activity & can anyone tell me what is the prodecure to set up a company whihc deals in all kind of purchase or selling
Please contact a good professional CA or CS firm having experience in company incorporation. They'll brief you about their professional fee along with incorporation cost. According to me it will cost you around 15,000 to 20,000.
