Dear Sir, Actually I took transfer of my articleship before one year of my articleship period. And I sent the requisite forms for re regestration. ICAI kept in hold my articleship registration because of the reason I did not register for my CA Final(Joined articles after passing both the groups of IPCC).Now I sent the CA Final registration form.But now if I see the number of articles registered under my previous employer is exactly ten.Please let me know that will ICAI register my articleship including my previous firm experience period ?.And please note that during my articleship with my previous employer no articles registered number is 10 under previous employer.

Similar Situvation Has happend with me , But in my case it is Signature Mismatch, I was Not register for 1.5 Yrs for this reason. But i had done my Intranship, i came to know wen i checked my status of registration, then i called ICAI Chennai, My principal went to ICAI Chennai for expalnation and submiting the evidence, then they considered my 1.5yrs of Articalship and i completed as per the Deed.
So, ask your principal to give a Letter that you have been working with him from So and So date to So and So Date and Show the Deed of Articalship which is Signed by you and Your Boss, and Staipend Account, Work dairy if Maintained. Then ICAI will Definatly wil Consider your Past period.
