Hi everyone. If I want to start a new company with 2 Directors but 4 shareholders, then can we do it while registering the company itself or first the equity has to be divided among the 2 Directors and then they shall transfer the shared to others?
Basically the thing is that 4 of us want to start a new company having some shareholding for each one of us but only 2 of us can become the Directors and others can't because their offices don't allow for the same.
