Pls mention the turnover of the dealer.
If you make only exempted supplies, then you are not required to obtain registration under GST.

No, you are not liable to register as your turnover is below threshold i.e. 4000000 . Also, if you deals exclusively in exempted goods, there is no need to take GST Registration.
