it is necessary to a NGO to be either a society registered under the Societies Registration Act or a Public Charitable Trust for seeking registration under Section 12A(a) of the Income Tax Act, 1961
Bcoz for registration NGO has to submit Either MOA of socities or Trust deed to get registered with Income Tax u/s 12A(a).
