my dad wants to start a new occupation as govt. contractor.
the govt department requires us to obtain esi and epf registration no. to get enlisted in dept.
currently we have contracted only 8 employees and the business will start aftr getting tender from govt dept.
as i have read that esi requires 10 or more and epf requires 20 or more employess to get registered under.
my query is. can we get registration under esi and epf with 8 employees. ??
