Registration for shops and extablishment with address change

Dear All,

I am registering the OPC for shops and establishment on ekarmika ( Karnataka), previously the application was rejected citing issues on the rental agreement. The address of the company was changed subsequently and it is updated with the ROC. My query is what proof can I submit to Ekarmika for address change. I cannot upload INC 22 as the file size is more than the requirement. I tried to compress, but after compressing the file cannot be read. Is there any other document to show the change of address?
