registration for exam

I want to apprear in May 2008 after a long gap of 14 years. Do I have to fille some forms for reregistration or can go ahead and fill just exam form.In any case what is the last date for filling the exam application form ?

Hi Satya I think this is the right time to consult your chapter office and seek guidance. I think you have to just fill in the application form but double check. from the first week of Feb chapter offices will distribute exam forms and we need to submit that before end of Feb.
