Whether manufacturing and trading of goods is not different vertical?? AND any one cannot do both the things in one gstin??

Why not...?! Both is under one GSTIN... No more restriction.

Dear , 'One PAN One Registration per State'. It is optional to get different registration  unless different business in different places within the State.I do hope you might understand it now.
