I have applied for PCC Registration in July 2007 and i have not yet received the acknoeledgement letter . Please kindly look into this and help me out in this regard

You can contact ur regional ICAI office...,,,chennai ICAI office no is 04439893989.... if u r under other regional office then u can find d contact no.s in the prospectus,,,,,,,definately u r problem will be solved....all d best.......
try to contact BOS,INSTITUTE(ANY REGIONAL OFFICE WR U APPLIED).
