REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE TAX.

For amendments to Existing Service Tax registration, you need to submit the ST-1 form (same as for new registration) alongwith all the relevent documents required (these are also same as for new registration).

In addition to this you have to submit the Original Existing Registration Certificate to the department.

In some cases the department may also ask for "No Dues Certificate" in the old name (though it seems illogical)

Now department has gone for online process.  For change of registration, you need to fill form ST-1 with desired changes.  And submit the relevant documents for changes.
