A Service Provider of taxable service is also under the scope of RCM for GTA. Kindly suggest the method of filing Form ST-1. Can we select both the Service Provider and Service Recipient tick boxes at the time of filing form ST-1?

If you are Laible to pay service tax as a Service Provider and as Service Reciver also than you should Register yourself as both, tick the both options in ST1.

In such a case, is there is need for showing which service is provided by the provider and which service comes under RCM at the time of selecting the services in form ST-1?
