If a person having multiple place of business with in a state (say U.P.) obtained single Registration for all u/s 22, then how can he issue Tax Invoice from different business place so that no issue regarding serial number of Tax invoice will arise?

No issues for different serials of Invoice number. You can sale from any of the registered places (must be the additional places in GST registration as APOB) with different serial a per Your convenient...
