my client supplies services of renting a motor cab to a body corporate exclusively ...since the supplies of rent a cab covered under RCM does he need to get registration .?? his turnover in the Pty exceeds 40 lakhs..

No, he is not required to take registration till he is fulfilling the provision of RCM.
Can u please explain as per new amendment??
