can we take two registration on same place? reply with gst section and rules.
e.g. I have already gst number at one place. can I take another GST number on same address on which I already have gst number.

Yes you can but if it rented under nane of two different person and pan number....

What is purpose of dou g this... You can do 2 business with 1 pan number...
My question is with same pan & same address can we apply gst is ok as per gst law. in this only commodity different other things same.
