if a person has 5 shops of sweets in same state then is he liable for single registration for all shops or different registration for all shops

and necessary for the name of all business to b same?
registration should be made on STATE WISE OR PAN WISE
even if u have more shops of same nature or diff. nature
if u have diff business vertical then u have the option to take single reg. for all vertical or multiple reg. for each business vertical
