REGISTRATION
If any body show sale in last balance sheet more than 20 lach but he didnot get registered himself under gst . Is there any offence or penalty in this case.

yes may be if government has come to know
are you registered in vat or excise? if yes then you'll have to migrate to gst otherwise you will get registration in case your current turnover crosses 20lacs
