Registration
If any person doesn't have the turnover more than 20 Lacs. But the supplier of goods not giving the goods to him stating he doesn't have the GST number. what needs to be done in this situation? Will he have to apply for the registration or there is any scheme or certificate for such kind of dealer?

if u purchase from unregistered dealer u will have to get registration u/s 24 however your turnover is less than threahold.
I purchase from registered dealer but my turnover is less than threshold.
