In case assesse is required to pay service tax under RCM as service Receiver ,then he is required to Amend Form ST-2 before paying the liability under RCM if answer is yes to above, then what is procedure for online amendment and after registeration assesse will pay service tax under which accounting code ( Reverse charges service accounting code / or accounting code under which he is already registered.
