you have to regiser yourself again.the registration process available online.and it is depends on you where you want to register.just fill the online form and paid the regitration fee and download the file and take print out and send it to your regional office note the the certificate duely certified by gazetted officer.

afet the varification they will send you the study materials and you can wait for exam,when exam registration open online .fill the exam form and pay the exam fee aroun 500/- and send it to the same office.after they will send you exam slip with address of examination premises & roll no.
