Registraion for reverse chargemechanism
Dear sir,
My client is already regd with service tax dept under transport charges. Now on rverse charge mechanism, co. Has to pay directors fees and advocate fees. So under which head they have to amend registration?

Under reverse charge mechanism, co. has to amend registration
For Advocate fees - Legal Consultancy Services - 00440480
For Directors fees - Other Taxable Services - 00441480
No need to amendment of registration. Without amendment you can file all head of services.
