I have created an account for efiling of Income tax for one my client, for which i have registered my personal id for its verification...( Server - Gmail)....But i have not received any verification mail from department....Now i am not able to open my account on https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in nor submit the return......

you could not able to activate ur account untill u click on the confimation mail sent by dept, on Mail id.
u should go on online registration and change the email idor provide correct id , there may be a chance of typing error.and resubmit again.
