Can anybody tell me that if we r making payment through the mode of cheque for service tax,then it is to be drawn in the favour of who's name?

on the name of bank where ur depositing eg: in dena bank ur depositing than
dena bank service tax A/C
Name of bank where ur depositing example: Axis Bank Ltd. Service Tax of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.
