Regards double time fees payment

Hello guys i did my exam registration for ipcc yesterday after receiving my OTP i proceed with submit button i received duplicate request authentication message on my screen but in my bank account 1500rs was debit but i did received any confirmation message in the screen i thought of it ll returning back so made a second attempt with same procedure same problem was repeating 1500 rs was debited again totally 3000 was debited but i didnt received confirmation message feom icai what should i do now and in mg ssp portal also it is not showing about anh submission
