I have formed Pvt Ltd Company in Dec 2011 Under Gujarat ROC and till date i Do not fill any type of tax so kindly suggest me what i have to do now.

If your turnover(sales) is above Rs5 lakhs, you have register and start filing the returns and pay tax, after taking registration. At the time of registration,they will accept returns for the period later to comencement,if any and payments also.Application for registration can be done on-line. Check with the web site of www.gvat.nic.in for furhter information......mjk
