Regarding Transfer of Articleship

Dear Sir/Mam
I haved completed 2 years of Articleship & my parents are shifting from Khanna to Haibowal Kalan which has distance of 59 kms. Can I take tansfer in such case & if yes , so kindly tell me the detailed procedure for taking transfer after 1 year of Articleship like which documents are required, which forms are to be filled & address where they are to be send. Please guide me whether distance between cities is to be counted as per city wise distance or as per municipal limits.
