With respectfully I beg to say that at time of filing gstR3B return dashboard show that Trans1issubmited but not file but I file trans 1 and ARN-AA0911177323746 AND ON 20JAN 2018 TRAN1SHOW FILED. BUT AFTER 21JAN TRANS 1 show SUBMITED ONLY .due to it I can not file return

There was a portal error and department people has mentioned that the same is with technical team. However in your case you are telling that ARN is generated, so kindly contact GST helpdesk or make query online otherwise you will not be eligible for TRAN-1 credit
