Dear sir
The Labour supplier has mentioned on the GST invoice dated on 15/01/2023 but the supplier provided us the invoice on 12th February,2023 . Now the tds due date is over for the month of January.
my question is which date I should book the invoice?

You can book on 12th Feb 2023. There is no compulsion that it has to be booked on invoice date itself. That is why in most softwares date of posting of entry and date of supplier invoice is separately feeded
