Dear sir,
We are registered as dealer exporter and we buy materials from different manufacturers in india and now the question is - how can we ask the manufacturer to raise a invoice against us on form H since all the goods purchased by us will be exported and no one is able to help me out on the excise duty , one of the manufacturer says give us a CT1 bond and Are1 and there shall not be any duties for the purchase and when i approached the Excise and Customs department at hyderabad E div they say CT1 bond is not given to dealer exporter can you kindly help me out on this.
