Regarding tds on salary for directors relative
i need a help on the topic whether tds deduction is applicable for manager's salary, for eg:- x is a manager of a partnership firm and a relative of one of the director and his annual salary is 2,70,000

270000/- don't come under taxable slab., so tds should not be deducted.

Check whether he is on salary or contract basis?
see his appointment letter
Rs. 2,70,000/- is below limit. hence no requirement to deduct TDS on salary.
