REGARDING TDS
I am having two invoice of a same Contractor one Rs 35000 and another Rs 14520. Not sure whether billing will be more than Rs 1 lakhs in a year by the contractor. Whether I have to deduct TDS on both the invoices?

You are required to deduct TDS only Rs. 35000
