Regarding Submission of Exam Form

I also want to know because In guidance notes its written "Applicants whose photograph / signature are NOT appearing on the PDF have to affix their photograph & sign the PDF before necessary attestation and dispatch/submit the same to Exam Section. Those candidates whose photographs and signatures are appearing on the PDF, need not send the printout of the PDF to Exam Dept.".

So we dont have to send. Plz correct me if am wrong. Coz my photo and signature is appearing on pdf.

Well I have asked this to ICAI e sahayaata portal. They have told

Dear student,
as you have have read the instruction to candidites since photo and signature are scanned then no need to send again..

The new portal for applying is icaiexam.icai.org and you may open it by entering your registration number and password. When the page is opened you can see your photo and signature in case you have already uploaded them earlier. In cae you dont find it then take a print out and do the needful as given in the instructions. For those whose photo and signature appears they need upload the scanned service certificate and need not send the print out to the exam section as all our records are getting digitalised. That is why they have stopped OMR application this time.

 is it necessary to sign articleship completion certificate by principle under whom candidate did articleship or by any member of icai?

If your articleship is completed, any member can sign
