Currently have retail shop in greater noida,uttar predesh with tin number . For part time i am thinking was starting work
developing website + Selling hosting space to all over world .
Now my question is
1. Can i use my current prop. company name and bank account for this work . i mean receiving money from customer indan and non indian and generating invoice from my current company name but as its not mentioned in TIN will it cause any issue ?
2. About invoice does i have maintain single invoice book for both work retail and web hosting or separate book if i use my current company
2. I am going to take server on rent in UK . do i need to pay any tax i mean service tax or anything to government . As its non indian company ?
3. I don't think so i will reach 10L border any soon atleast not for 3-4years so do i have to charge service tax from indian customer from starting?
4. Also what all tax i have to pay running this side business and legal formalities i have complete.
