what is the difference between both section , both says about search and seizure.

regarding sec209 and 220 of co. law

sec 220 is applicable during investigation of company.
where as 209 is applicable on information in possession of inspector or any officer.

there.s huge difference between two sections
to point out few--
in sec 209 --only after obtaining order from special court REGISTRAR or inspector can seize
sec 220 - appilies only to inspector -- registrar doesnt have any power under this section.
under this section other body corporate is used which is missing in sec 209.
sec 209 uses the word key mamgerial personnel which is not there in sec 220.
kindly read both sections -- both are not the same .
in law every word matters and has its own relevance
