Regarding search report

While making the Search Report as expected by the bank, we are to provide information about all the charges the company has taken from the various Banks. So In search report the complete information about the Chareg ID Nos., the amount, the name of bank, the property charged etc. is to be given. and for extending the limit, information regarding all the previous charges in respect of that limit has to be given in such search report.

and regarding modification of charges also required to be given??????? since incorporation from the first charge created till date today... all required it means? m i right?
