What is the process for application for Revocation of Cancellation of Gst Registration which were cancelled before 31.03.2019

First file all the pending GST returns till date o cancellation..u have to pay interest & late fee as applicable & then apply for revocation on gst portal
After filing all the pending returns, what the reason mention for revocation of filing of gst
