Regarding refund of tds

Tax Deductee can get back the TDS deducted by Bank, from IT department, by filling his IT Return for the corresponding year. Any tax liability will be adjusted and excess amount is refunded back after processing of the ITR. ITR can be fileed online, after registering PAN with income tax e-filling site.

Dont worry just file your income tax return and u will get your TDS refund after adjustment of TDS liability if any .
