I recently rectified my itr because I got intimation u/s 143(1). What times it takes to done it due which refund could be deposited in bank account??

Why you rectified......... was there any mismatch in 143(1) order?
Generally refund is credited within 8 working days, after intimation......

Actually my TDS has not been calculated u/s 143(1) that's why tax demand was there in intimation. After cross checking in form 26as I found it was not mentioned there too. Later I found TDS mentioned in form 26as. So I rectified the ITR. Plz tell me sir am I on the right way????

None can judge anything from your contradicting statements.
You can yourself judge better.
Anyway, rectification already filed, so wait for its outcome.
