I m receipant of goods I show my gstr 3b in may 2020
and paid 5 percent tax when I claim my ITC and show in gstr 3b
@ SHIVAM RC please refer Notification No -22/2017 Central Tax (Rate) dated 22-08-2017, govt. amend the notification and add inserted the word “, who has not paid central tax at the rate of 6%,” . and because of this we have to pay 12% gst
