RCM on freight
RCM on freight is to be paid @ 12%, and if transporter gives declaration about not availment of ITC the RCM @ 5%. and take the credit in the next month.

The GST Rate on GTA Services under Reverse Charge Mechanism ( RCM ) is 5% vide Notification No. 13/2017 - CT (Rate), dated 28.06.2017.
@ SHIVAM RC please refer Notification No -22/2017 Central Tax (Rate) dated 22-08-2017, govt. amend the notification and add inserted the word “, who has not paid central tax at the rate of 6%,” . and because of this we have to pay 12% gst
