Regarding pvt ltd. company name registrations

Please find attached the name availablity guidelines and follow this and further note that on MCA Website there are 43 Companies with Equity as prefix so be careful while selecting second word of name of the company.

Thanks a lot Mr. Amit for your valuable guidance. Also i would like to ask whether applying name as trademark, which doesn't exists, gives an added advantage in company (Pvt. Ltd.) name availability?

Earlier MCA and Trademark authority were not linked with each other but now they are linked, hence MCA is not allowing us any name resembling with TM, and TM abviousily gives you an advantage from any infringement and we have seen some cases in which Company in known by his trademark and it was not registered and other infringed it.

So if you think that you will grow with your name or brand , then please go for trademark otherwise forget that.

and if you want name starting with Equity please contact with any PCS in Delhi they Co- ordinate with ROC offices.
