Regarding professional tax karnataka
A ltd doing lassi business, In shop there are 5 employees is their, everyone have a salary of 12K , in July month one employee taken 50K advance salary for some personal use, now the question is that employee has to pay any Profesional tax bcz he taken advance salary 50K in july month. he has to pay any professional tax ( 200 rs ) for that.. give me some suggestion

If monthly salary is below 15k then it is not required to deduct PT in Karnataka
