I have filed my ITR first time for AY 2020-21 in the month of July wherein refund is due to me. I have e verified my return , bank account is prevalidated.
Still after 3 months my return is not processed and showing status as "successfully e verified" and thus refund is not received still.
I have also submitted grievance of which no reply is received.
Someone please help me on this.
