ONE PLACE OF BUSINESS ADRESS TWO PERSON ALLOW OR NOT TWO PERSON IS PROPERITOR

Yes ,2 person can have GST registration at same Address , but must have :
1.Rent Deed
2. There must be proper Partition ie Cabin.
