In case number of employees in a software company exceeds 20 during the financial year 2009-10, is ESI & PF applicable. What are the further consequences in case if they do not follow them. Should we report the same in 3CD?

you are not fallowed by the government rules, Anybody officer come to your primisess and idetify the your laps in ESI & PF then will issue the Notice.
