Regarding pending GSTR 4
Under gst act is it mandatory to fill up inward supply details in GSTR 4??

And as per Notification 21/2019 CT GSTR 4 need to be file annually

No.... purchase details are required to report . yes inward supply on which RCM is paid need to be reported
